I couldn't decide what plants/flowers to complement my raven friend - when my husband suggested the local sage. It immediately brought me back to 10+ years ago: astride my spicy mare for an afternoon ride, strolling through the sage and smelling the best smell I've ever smelled. Sage beneath black hooves, crispy mountain air, and the comforting smell of leather and my sweaty horse.
