As a year of the horse baby I felt it was time to create some Year of the Horse artwork for myself. This particular year of the horse is a unique one, adding in the element of fire. This means fast paced change, bold big risks, being adaptable to said changes, and staying motion. I’ve never been big into astrology, but for the 2025 and early 2026 I had, this prediction suits me. I’m ready for it all - are you?
This piece shows a significant shift from my typical style and work, but the colors and flat style spoke to me. When colors talk, I listen. Perhaps expect more of this in the future? My love for flowers is strong, but feeling a deep need to explore more this year.
